Don’t Lead Alone.

Since 1992, our singular focus has been to create a learning environment that compels and equips Christian business leaders to achieve excellence through the power of peers. Groups of faith-driven, results-minded CEOs and executives meet monthly in Forums to encourage and challenge one another. In a C12 Forum, we encourage one another to make better decisions, avoid costly mistakes, and create solid plans for healthy business growth while striving to create eternal impact far beyond the bottom line. Together, we are building great businesses for a greater purpose.

My business is different.

I’ve been in C12 for over 7 years now and it has radically improved the way I do business and life. It’s amazing to have a solid batch of curriculum and topics and to have such a well-rounded group of peer professionals in my forum to do life with and use as sounding boards for the tough parts of business.

David Childs

Spartan Planning

I’ve been a C12 member for five years. As a young owner, CEO, and believer in Jesus, C12 has been irreplaceable in helping me develop as a leader and teaching me to run a great business for a greater purpose.

Emily Wilburn Andrew

Wilburn Medical USA

I joined C12 in 2014. It has been one of the best business decisions I have ever made.

Vince Townsend

Pal Tel Communications

The C12 curriculum always tackles the social and business issues at hand! I gain a Christian understanding of how to navigate issues and a like-minded group of peers to discuss them with. This group has given me the understanding that my problems are not unique and God remains true!
