He is particularly passionate about strategic planning, company culture, leadership development, and enterprise risk management. Since graduating college, he has spent his working years with almost equal time in both business and ministry. He has helped in the startup phase of four small businesses in Greensboro and has 12 years of experience in the startup and management of these entities. C12 is an organization for like-minded peers striving to build great businesses for a greater purpose. All of our frameworks, principles, assessments, questions, and content shape our own business. Since 1992, our focus has been to gather, compel, and equip Christian business leaders to eliminate the daylight that often exists between a leader’s faith and their business operations.
The singular focus of Business Forums is to create a learning environment that compels and equips Christian business leaders to achieve excellence through the power of peers. Groups of faith-driven, results-minded CEOs and executives meet in Forums monthly to encourage and challenge one another. In a C12 Forum, we encourage one another to make better decisions, avoid costly mistakes, and create solid plans for healthy business growth—all while striving to create eternal impact far beyond the bottom line. Together, we are building great businesses for a greater purpose.
C12 is not a business bible study or a Christian business networking group. It’s an architected environment for business, life, and leadership transformation. During a forum MBA-level curriculum is taught, business issues presented and discussed among peers, and accountability and encouragement is had.
The curriculum includes three aspects: devotional, business, and ministry.
In Business Forums, peers work together to make better decisions, avoid costly mistakes, and create solid plans for business growth, all while striving to create eternal impact far beyond the bottom line.
C12’s signature 5-Point Alignment Matrix helps business owners calibrate the entirety of their business—continually evaluating and aligning revenue growth strategies, financial stewardship, cultural development, and operations within a framework of Business as a Ministry (BaaM). Our rigorous, interactive curriculum empowers C12 members to lean into challenges and leverage the opportunities of today’s marketplace.
