Tripp has lived in the Piedmont Triad Area since 1990 and loves it enough to hope he, his wife, and two children never have to leave. Since graduating college, he has spent his working years with almost equal time in both business and ministry. He has helped in the startup phase of four small businesses in Greensboro and has 12 years of experience in the startup and management of these entities. Tripp has a B.A. in Religious Studies from Gardner-Webb University and an M.A. in Christian Leadership from Multnomah Seminary. He is grateful to be part of the mission and work of C12 with a belief that Billy Graham was correct when he stated, “I believe that one of the next great moves of God is going to be through the believers in the workplace.
